If you're a registered CTeen leader from 5785 or 5786, this summit is for you! It's hands-on and workshop-based, so if you’re into building real leadership skills and meeting other motivated Jewish teens — you’ll fit right in.

We kick off Thursday night, August 21, 2025, at 6:30 PM and wrap up Sunday, August 24, at 2:00 PM.

You’re in charge of getting yourself to and from Florida.

We will be offering optional pickup at Fort Lauderdale Airport on Thursday, August 21 between 5:30–6:30 PM.

For the return trip on Sunday, August 24, there will be a drop-off at Fort Lauderdale Airport at 2:30 PM. We recommend booking your return flight for around 4:00 PM.

Please note: You are not required to take this transportation—it’s just one option available to you.

Participants will be in 2 rental houses. If necessary, additional participants will be placed in a hotel within a 10-minute walk. Boys and girls will be accommodated separately.

Teens will gain hands-on leadership experience through workshops that teach real-world skills they can bring back to your community — like program planning from start to finish, crisis response training, team management, and effective delegation. They’ll hear from inspiring leaders who saw a need in the Jewish community and filled it, learning why strong Jewish leadership is more important now than ever.

They’ll connect with Jewish teens from around the world, build lasting relationships, and experience a meaningful Shabbat in sunny Florida — fueling their Jewish pride and leadership journey.

You can fly into either Miami International Airport or Fort Lauderdale International Airport, but Fort Lauderdale is a bit closer to where we’ll be staying.
